The services that Open Trail Ranch provides are only made possible by the collaboration and hard work of various groups and individuals. The values and experiences that OTR’s participants, volunteers, and staff/board members articulate assist to the contribution of providing an exceptional organization. OTR is committed to creating and sustaining an inclusive environment that values and respects each individual, supportive of differences in the pursuit of common goals. OTR encourage those from all walks of life, regardless of political affiliation, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, education, etc., to participate in our service delivery via our volunteer program or even full time/part time paid positions.

OTR strives to develop and retain employees, volunteers and clients who supportive of the mission. OTR is a proud supporter of the LGBTQ+ community priding itself on providing a space that is diverse, inclusive, accepting, welcoming, safe space for everyone. Our current Board of Directors is a group of diverse community leaders, who bring a variety of skills and resources to the organization. Our board members bring industry knowledge from both the public and private sectors, and have backgrounds in operations management, business management, law, as well as many other fields. The board works hard to ensure that our organization complies with all local and federal laws and regulations, and upholds OTR’s values to the highest standards.
